Our Clients demand our flexibility in our service offerings and therefore we provide the following models:
Augmentation:
(Including contract or temporary and contract to hire)
This allows Clients to use our resources for as little or as long as needed including being able to hire a person direct after a mutually agreed upon time.
Direct Hire:
We understand how critical each hiring decision is for our Clients. We structure our talent searches to assure the very best candidates are screened thoroughly prior to submitting them to our Clients. This allows you to focus on details important to being successful in the position.
Payroll Services:
This provides a low cost alternative to hiring an individual that you have identified but are not able to bring on in a permanent capacity. We will walk each individual through our “on boarding” process. This includes weekly pay and benefits such as 401K retirement plans.
