Susie is a graduate of Penn State. Susie is currently serving on the American Staffing Association Board of Directors as well as on the Past President’s Committee. In addition, she is currently serving on the Executive Board of Directors for Temporary Services Insurance Limited. Most recently she was asked to serve on TSIL’s national strategic Long Range Planning Committee which she accepted as well. Locally, Susie began the Western PA Chapter of the American Staffing Association and served as President for three years. She has also served as PSAW Membership Chair, National Staffing Employee Week Chair, Legislative Chair and Press Spokesperson for PSAW.

When I entered the staffing industry from the Marketing field I saw the opportunity as a different kind of Marketing. I enjoy being able to get to know candidates well enough to Market them to Sterlings clients. The joy that you get out of helping others find a career that fits them and makes them happy is phenomenal.

I enjoy working for Sterling because of the fast paced environment. The environment is based on our staff working as a team and coming together. We all work very hard together to recruit the best candidates for our clients. Our job as a team is to satisfy our client's as well as our candidates in making a good job placement and settle for no less. It is very rewarding and satisfying to be able to place a candidate into the right position where they are successful. 

Stuff I do when I'm not working here:

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family as well as friends. I am a big football fan GO STEELERS! I love to workout and run. I have a puppy that keeps me pretty busy as well. I enjoy attending car shows with friends as well in my spare time. I like and enjoy things pretty laid back.

I became a recruiter because it feels good to help someone find a better opportunity. You are not only a part of their life, but someone they trust and strive to building a relationship with. It’s a very rewarding industry to be in, as well as a fast-paced industry. I enjoy coming into work and not knowing what my day is going to be like!

 I enjoy working for Sterling because I enjoy a challenge. Everyday I am faced with a different situation, and I only want to satisfy the client, as well as the candidate. I came into this position straight from graduating college, and I can’t imagine a better fit for me.

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I like to attend sporting events, and also play sports.  I also love to workout in my spare time. I am adventurous, and am always up for trying new things!
